On Boxing Day, 2012 we left for Singapore to visit my mother and family. Sheila also booked flights to Thailand, Laos, and Penang, Malaysia. This is the first time we flew eastward instead of crossing the Pacific. A direct flight to London and straight to Singapore non-stop on the largest commercial plane, the Airbus 380. This is also our first time visiting Southeast Asia together.
The visit to the Chinatown Heritage Museum brought back memories of growing up in Singapore.
The Karen Tribe women, aka Long Necks have taken to Sheila who appears like a giant to these friendly people.
